From June 24–26, participants will gain real-world insight into one of the Capital Region’s essential industries—right from the heart of Schenectady at SUNY Schenectady, 78 Washington Avenue.
What to Expect:
From 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM each day, expert instructors from Cornell and seasoned plant professionals will walk attendees through:
Basic food safety principles
Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
